Hello everyone! My name's Scott and I recently signed on to Tribe.net. I just discovered this tribe tonight, joined and wanted to say hello.

This movie has got to be one of the greatest movies ever made. On those occassions when I feel like being a little boy again, I'll pop in the dvd and forget about being an adult for a couple of hours. My favorite part of the movie is, of course, the ending, but another part that cracks me up is the scene on the boat where Mr. Salt asks Wonka "Is this some sort of funhouse?", and Wonka replies "Why, having fun?" Roald Dahl wrote a wonderful story not only for children, but for the child that resides in all of us as well. I am looking forward to the remake coming out in May and think Johnny Depp was the perfect choice to play the role of the eccentric candy man.
